1. Item posses any manufacturing defect.
2. Item is found physically damaged when it is unpacked (in this case you need to inform us immediately after you receive the product at our helpline number).
3. If you don't need the item anymore (should be returned within 7 days in new and unopened condition as it was delivered to you).
4. If the delivered item does not match the product you have ordered (e.g. colour mismatching, model).
Replacement & refund policy is not applicable when,
1. Item or item box gets physically damaged after it has been used.
2. Product is returned without original packaging, accessories & invoice.
3. Serial number is tampered.
4. Electronic gadgets can't be returned if seal is broken.
1. If you receive damaged product or any item is missing of your ordered product, please contact us within 24 hours after you receive it and raise the issue to the delivery executive.

How do I process a return and what happens afterwards?
Mail a return request to firstname.lastname@example.org or call +91 82548 55552. Return request is reviewed by us. If it is required, request is shared with the merchant for their approval. After approval, pickup of the product is arranged from us which is currently available in Guwahati City. If our reverse pickup service is not available on your address, we will ask you to dispatch the product. The courier charges will be reimbursed (upto Rs.200/-) by us. After the product is received, it is verified against your claim. Replacement or refund is initiated after that. Replacement would depend on the stock availability It takes minimum 10 Days from the received of the product. Exact time would depend on the nature of the product and your location.
How should I pack the product for pick-up?
Make sure that the merchandise has not been used or altered/tampered with, as well as is accompanied by its original price tag and packing slip. On the box, do mention your order number. If your order is approved for pick-up, you will receive the packaging instructions and return address in a separate email from us.
My product has been picked-up, how do I know it has reached you?
After your order is picked from your place, within 24-48 hours, you will receive an email from us specifying the tracking details. You can track the status of your return request at email@example.com. When will I get the replacement or refund? We initiate the replacement or refund within 10 working days of receiving the product at our center. For refunds it takes up to 30 days for the amount to get credited in your account after we have initiated the refund. The refund/replacement may get delayed or declined if the product received by us is not as per your claim or you have not written Dealsbuckorder number on the package.
What do I need to do if I want back the returned item again?
Please call us to cancel your return request within 48 hours after getting a support mail or call from us. In case the replacement is already dispatched, you can reject the replacement item when it is delivered to you.
